Yes, once it's paid in full. Your site is custom-coded, so it works with hosting that lets you upload your own website files, like Hostinger, GoDaddy Web Hosting, Bluehost or Netlify. It won't work with website builders like Wix or Squarespace. We can send you the files for free, or set it up on your hosting for a one-time $100 fee (not refundable). Change your mind later? You can move back to our hosting anytime by picking a monthly plan. Most clients stay with us, because the Hosting only plan ($35/mo) means you never have to deal with any of it.

Yes. The new site goes live on the address you already have. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you pick and register one in your name.

Your web address is always yours. The website becomes yours once it's paid in full. Until then it stays on our hosting, and nothing goes live on your web address before the final payment.

After you see your new site, you get 2 rounds of changes before launch, with up to 10 changes in total, for example 6 in the first round and 4 in the second. One change is one specific edit: swap a photo, reword a paragraph, change a color or move a section. Send each round as one list within 7 days, and we make the changes within 3 business days. If we don't hear back for 14 days, the site counts as approved and ready to launch. Extra changes are $30 each. New pages or a new layout are quoted separately.

A small change takes about 30 minutes: updating prices, hours or text, swapping a photo, or adding a menu item, a special or a new review. A big change takes about an hour: adding a new section or service, rewriting a page, replacing a photo gallery or adding a seasonal promotion. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately, and we give you a price before we start.

By bank transfer, debit card or credit card. The website is two phases: $325 for discovery and design to start (no sales tax), and $325 for the build before launch (plus Texas sales tax). Monthly plans are plus sales tax where it applies. Bank transfers and debit cards have no extra fee; credit cards may include a processing fee of up to 3%, shown before you pay. Monthly plans are charged automatically, and you can change plans any time. Payments more than 5 days late have a $25 late fee.

The free preview usually takes a few days. Once you say yes, launch is about a week, depending on how quickly we get your changes.
